Today its the 6th day that the issue isnt fixed and I cant withdraw my funds
Since 13th of Feb 2025 until today 18th Feb 2025 still not able to withdraw my funds
I have been extremely patient and polite waiting that your team fix the error and notify me but unfortunately until now no update
In the live chat I have been contacted your agents many times and nobody gives a timeline when the issue will be resolved
They just say This issue is affecting many customers and our team is working on it
You cant hold customers money for a lifetime just by saying that and this kind of service is too far from the quality standards
I have sent emails to helpmegadicecom complaintsmegadicecom and no reply until today
Its unacceptable and unprofessional the way how they are treating customers and holding their money
Please take a quick action and fix the issue customers should be treated much better and i feel very disappointed
