Opened my account and did 1000 deposit and lost Did another 1000 deposit and got lucky to cover bonus rollover and won 39000 I asked my agent for payout and he said i need to submit documents to their security team I did that and was waiting 4 weeks and eventually they said i violated their TCs and will get back to me waited for another 4 weeks and no one was responding back to my follow up and received another email 3 weeks ago stating i was violating VPN usage and non recreational usage of the account I was traveling for a week out side US and used VPN They closed my account and hold all my winnings and not responding to my email Avoid Them
