Interview with Michael, Managing Director of Cryptorush

My name is Michael and I am the managing director at Cryptorush. My primary role is to work with existing affiliates/partners and ensure a smooth business relationship between our respective parties. I also look for new potential partnerships with those that are looking to grow with our international brand, and tap into the tremendous upside potential in the world of crypto casinos.

Our inspiration behind launching Cryptorush was to provide a user-friendly experience for newer players that are just starting to get acquainted with the world of crypto casinos. We understand that although the general public acknowledges the legitimacy of cryptocurrency, there is still such a high percentage of people who don’t necessarily understand how crypto works.

That’s why we created our blog site cryptorush.casino; so that players can be informed about, not just our brand but, crypto casinos and betting with crypto in itself. We want to show players that the process is not as complex as it seems, rather it is a very straightforward process that isn’t difficult at all to learn.

Simply put, we want to allow players, whether they’re new or seasoned gamblers, access to a hassle-free and enjoyable online gambling experience.

Trust and credibility are among the most important factors in the world of iGaming, and we realize this. That’s why we are actively seeking partnerships and collaborations with affiliates that are already in the crypto and online gambling space. Besides this, we want to continue promoting our blog site, that I mentioned earlier cryptorush.casino, because we want players to be well-informed and make decisions that are most favorable for them in their online gambling journeys.

The concerns of traditional gamblers who are hesitant to use cryptocurrency is certainly a valid concern. With it being a relatively new concept, many of the older generation are still unaware of the legitimacy and benefits of cryptocurrency. But I and many others know how practical it is, especially when it comes to sending/receiving unrestricted payments and its almost instantaneous delivery.

One main benefit with cryptocurrency casinos is that there are little to no KYC procedures, so it allows players more freedom to gamble, as opposed to online casinos that accept only fiat currencies. With those casinos, you find that their KYC procedures are much more stringent and arguably a lot more invasive of a player’s privacy, and you also find that their catalog of games is not as plentiful or diverse as crypto casinos. So if you consider all this and after doing your own bit of research, I am sure that many traditional gamblers will start gravitating towards crypto casinos.

But for the time being, we will implement the ability for players to purchase crypto with a debit/credit card directly on our site, so that this will allow easier access to players who are more acquainted with fiat currencies.

We have found that Europe as a whole, but specifically Eastern Europe, has been doing very well for us, and that is to be expected with the region’s strong recognition of cryptocurrencies. However, we are definitely looking to expand further into the East Asian and the Americas markets though, because of those regions becoming more open and accepting of cryptocurrencies. Ultimately, we want to provide a platform for anyone (that is of legal age) to experience hassle free online gambling and provide a smooth user experience for players everywhere across the globe, because that’s the whole point of cryptocurrency (to be a digital asset that is not controlled by a central government, and rather be an asset that can be freely accessible internationally).

By being a VPN-friendly brand, Cryptorush wants to emphasize and recognize the rights of a player to be able to protect their online privacy and to prevent their Internet browsing activity from being tracked.

Providing players with a smooth mobile experience is one of our company’s main priorities when it comes to user accessibility. We understand that not everyone has the same device, whether it be a phone or a computer, and that these devices come in all shapes and sizes. That’s why we have ensured that our online casino is scalable to the size of your specific device, and we are constantly making updates to improve mobile interface.

We are also eventually looking to implement an app, with options to create a more personal experience (such as having a favorite sports team/league option in our sports betting section), so that players can have an even smoother and more unique experience while online gambling.

Although you would expect casino and sports betting advertisement/promotion to go hand in hand and be very similar with each other, this is not necessarily the case due to the differences in gambling styles between traditional casino and sports betting players. You essentially need to advertise to two different types of groups of people. Because, while slots/table game (traditional) players look for a more active/involved gambling session where they are more-so going off intuition, sports betting players generally have a more research based approach.

However, we have found that integrating humor and information based content is more relatable and useful for both our traditional casino players and our sports betting players, and that is one common factor that seems to be working for us. It has also been a smooth process in the sense that we are similarly looking to showcase the comprehensiveness of both the sportsbook/casino, display social proof via collaborations (which is applicable to both the casino and sportsbook), and prioritizing giving great rewards bonuses to both our casino and sportsbook players.

We have found that football (or soccer) has been the most popular amongst our users, which is to be expected because it is a global game whose events captivate the interests of individuals all across the world. With that being said, our sportsbook is very comprehensive and offers sports and leagues ranging from internationally recognized EPL games to smaller events such as Chilean table tennis. We want to provide our players with the widest range of possibilities when it comes to sports betting. Because we all know how much more fun these sporting events are when we have a little stake on the line.

As it currently stands, we feel that we have covered all of the sports and leagues that the general majority of the population would be interested in; however, as far as new sports/leagues we would like to add to our platform, we are always taking suggestions from our players, because ultimately that is the most important factor to consider. We are specifically looking to add esports betting in the near future though, because we understand how prevalent gaming is in society and we would definitely like to allow our players the chance to bet on events/tournaments from their favorite online games.

It has been an interesting sight to see how much gaming has grown in the past decade, and it’s only right that we recognize that millions of people see these online gaming events as entertainment comparable to sports, and we want to allow players to freely bet on that if they wish.

With the broader acceptance of crypto payments, I can definitely see tighter government regulations and restrictions being passed across the globe. With more regulation, there is sure to be stricter KYC procedures and that could ultimately dissuade players from being open to crypto payments. With that being said, I believe that it is a travesty that specific governments are trying to pass regulations aimed at restriction, when cryptocurrencies were created to be separate from a specific central government entity in itself. Conversely though, due to the increasingly stricter regulations of fiat currencies around the world, I can also see a wider acceptance of crypto payments by players because it has a much smaller likelihood of being manipulated by a specific government. Only time will tell.

As mentioned earlier, the main feature that we are looking to implement in the very near future is deposits with traditional debit/credit cards, so that players can have a more streamlined experience when it comes to gambling on our site.

Besides this, we are looking to update our loyalty system where players will be better able to use their loyalty points to redeem for cash prizes and other in-game bonuses. We strive to always provide our players with a smooth gambling experience, and we want our players to feel appreciated. Although we can’t provide a traditional “comp” experience that land based casinos can, we want to do everything in our power to make sure our players are taken care of.
