Withdrawal Error -
Complaint summary
Today it’s the 6th day that the issue isn’t fixed and I can’t withdraw my funds.
Since 13th of Feb 2025 until today 18th Feb 2025 still not able to withdraw my funds.
I have been extremely patient and polite waiting that your team fix the error and notify me, but unfortunately until now no update.
In the live chat I have been contacted your agents many times and nobody gives a timeline when the issue will be resolved.
They just say: This issue is affecting many customers and our team is working on it.
You can’t hold customers money for a lifetime just by saying that and this kind of service is too far from the quality standards.
I have sent emails to [email protected] & [email protected] and no reply until today.
It’s unacceptable and unprofessional the way how they are treating customers and holding their money.
Please take a quick action and fix the issue, customers should be treated much better and i feel very disappointed.

Hi Team,
After 7 days of holding my funds, and without responding to my emails finally yesterday on 19 Feb 2025 issue got solved and I withdrew my funds.
I confirm that I withdraw my funds from MegaDice.
Hard to trust them again for the way how they treat their customers.
