Withdrawal
Complaint summary
I have been trying to process a withdrawl and the company are stifling and frustrating the process, they will not respond to queries, engage, or set out time lines.
The have told me days ago it was a priority, been worked on, would be completed in little while and have set out that it is now unusualy long.
They confirmed all documents for verification where received and in order then next day requested more. They have been furnished with everything, the agents make promise after promise but fail to deliver.
I need the withdrawl and they will not respond to email or discuss on live chat, no method to phone and they refuse to provide regulatory and license information.
