Winnings confiscated
Complaint summary
I used a reload sports bonus and they confiscated my winnings with no explications. They always said the same thing with superficial answers using their terms but they didn't explain in details what I did to defend myself. My money is BRL because I'm Brazilian.

I used my android cell phone and my notebook only. Your system must be strange because my cell phone is new, the same problem ocurred on another syster site from Famagousta (CW Marketing). I always played and never has occurred this problems, something is going wrong, I won't give up using my phone because of it, it is faster than other device!!!

Our investigation revealed that the user logged in from multiple IP addresses flagged as proxies by our fraud detection tool.
Additionally, the user shares IP connections with others, likely due to the use of these proxy IPs.
While we cannot disclose further details in a public forum, both instances constitute a violation of the website's Term 12.10.

Now I can use only the same IP when I'm playing? That's a joke?
I cannot travel anymore and use a hotel IP for example???
