Dear Daniel,
I hope you are doing well.
It has been forwarded to us the fact that there is fradulent behavour and activity coming from your playing account. Specifically in your sports bets directed at low-level leagues.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, in particular T&C 3.1 numeral g. In some cases we are forced to close down player accounts. Due to compliance, sadly our hands are tied here.

This mail they sent me. I cant even log in. This is not thrue. I have won on the euros, and used my account by my self. They have blocked my account, and I cant log in. They are not responding to me on either whats app or e-mails.

Now over to the case
Recent activity on my account
It is closed but I will do my best
If I remember correctly I opened my account and started playing around middle of may 2024 My first impression of betfoxx was that this is really a good bookmaker with various matchesmarkets to make bets on so there was possible to have 247 action whenever I wanted to make bets
When the EURO2024 and wimbledon Tennis started I had vacation time and was ready to play at my new favorite bookmaker
I guess that 60-70 of my action at betfoxx sport is related to wimbledon and the euro 2024 Examples of this is quite a few overunder bets number of goals scored for example I do remember I had these kind of bets on georgia vs portugal and spain vs italy I remember I also had some bets on what team to get the most cards and overunder number of cards
You write that my bets on lower leagues is breach to your rule 3g I have of course read this rule and there is no direct violation of rules regarding my bets on lower leagues here Even though this rule is very wide it is not possible for me as customer to know that I cant place bets on the markets you offer
The fact is that you are responsible for what market you are offering odds on not me as a customer If you are offering something to make bets on I would of course assume that I can place bets within the limits you accept
Would you pay me back my money if I lost Of course you would not I would of course would not claim that either
Sometimes customers win at bookmakers thats part of the risk from your side I respect and accept if you dont want to have me as customer or put big limitations on my account regarding sportsbook but to steal other persons money just because I have had some winners at your sportsbook that is unheard and unacceptable
As mentioned above I guess that 60-70 of the action I had on my account is related to euro2024 and wimbledon tennis How can you claim that bets on these markets are violation of your rules I guess you are claiming this also since you have closed these winnings down also That is just insane to do
The decision to close down my account and dont pay me money is completely wrong You know this and the information I provide over here is clarifying the matter that you have got this completely wrong from the beginning
Please re-open my account and add the 9822 euros to my account so that I can continue to play or withdraw if I want to do that
If you dont accept people to win at euro2024 and wimbledon what do you then accept Have a look at this case again and re-open my account with funds in it

This is not thrue.
I have not broken any of your rules.
This is just rules you make to steal money from a winning customer.
I have won mostly of my money on the euro 2024 and Wimbledon.
I can agree on a solution where you pay me half of the balance, then we can say case closed.
When i have won on the euro2024 and Wimbledon, there is no right to steal my money.
Add 5,000 euro to my account and then Re-open it and let me withdraw.

I have not broken any rules. This is just rules that you are making up, to get an excuse to steal other persons money. This is fraud from your side, not mine.

Can I make bets on what you offer and loose Yes.
Can I make bets on what you offer and win No, then you steal my money. How can this be legal Dont you see how insane this is

If you really mean that I have cheated on lower leagues wich of course is NOT thrue then I am willing to let those winnings go, but you have to pay me the winnings I had on euro2024 and wimbledon.
Since I dont have access to my account, I am sure these winnings are atleast half of the balance you have stolen from me.
Can we make an agreement that you credit me 5,000 euro, and case is closed
This is a deal that would be huge in your favour, with a 4822 euro discount, but I am sick and tired of this case, and will accept an offer like this.
I will give you good feedback so you have good rating on betpack, if you can agree on such a deal.

I have NOT broken the rules they are refering to.
How can I cheat on big matches on euro2024 and atp wimbledon? That is just insane assertion from betfoxx side.
Please enlighten them about reality, and ask them to pay me my funds.
I can agree on a deal where wee can meet somewhere on the middle, just to get this case closed, even though it is unfair that to. I have won on legal terms here!!!
