Complaint summary

I am blocked from the casino operator at Pledoo.com because of gambling addiction. Nevertheless, some time later I was able to register at the sister casino Betitall with the same personal details and email address as at Pledoo.com and gamble away 530 euros, even though the operator knows about my gambling addiction. The casino operator didn't block me from all of their online casinos after the casino operator found out about my gambling addiction. Instead, I was able to open a player account with Betitall and gamble away 530 euros. I demand the 530 euros back from betitall Casino

Closing an account with one casino does not automatically close accounts with other casinos For instance if a customer closes their account on one platform it only affects their account on that specific platform and not on any others

We understand your concerns. However, please note that when you created an account on Betitall, you agreed to the same Terms and Conditions and rules that apply to all players in our database.

For example, if you had won, we would have paid out your winnings without question. However, retroactively requesting a refund after informing a different casino about a gambling problem does not align with licensing and gambling community standards.

Hello Betatall, I don't know if I understand what I'm writing. A casino provider is obliged to block a player from all casinos that run under the same license. Your statement that you would have paid out if you won is just a protective claim. Secondly, I have pathological gambling addiction, diagnosis F 63.0, another reason to refund the gaming stakes, as the gaming contracts are void due to my pathological gambling addiction. I blocked myself from their sister casino Pledoo.com because of gambling addiction and also provided proof of my medically diagnosed gambling addiction diagnosis F 63.0 I am blocked from all casino websites by various other casino operators after I informed them about my medical diagnosis of pathological gambling addiction, diagnosis F 63.0. If you continue to resist, I will take legal action again and the media will report this matter. I will also share my experience with you in various casino review portals.

However, as we have already mentioned for the third time in this thread, licensing, and overall standards do not obligate us to refund your lost bets and deposits, just because you informed other online casino brand that you have gambling problems. Furthermore, this situation did not affect your chances of winning. According to our Terms and Conditions, you had the same opportunity to win as everyone else.
