I won $39,000 and tried to request a payout and received an email from security team that upon further investigation into your account, our risk management have concluded that you were in direct violation of our terms and conditions.

Thank you for your patience regarding this issue. We have reached out to the brand multiple times so that they can address your inquiry directly, but unfortunately we have not heard back from them. Due to their lack of response, we will be lowering the brand rating and updating the review content.
