I have to tell you how disappointed I feel about the loss of patronage at this casino.
I am contacting them on July 24th about my gambling addiction and the transactions are not in support of laws and regulations. These card transactions are illegal because they contain a merchant code that bypasses card blocks associated with gambling transactions.
because i am addicted to gambling this is a way for casinos to take advantage of vulnerable players, because the card is blocked from playing, but when the data is manipulated, the blocks do not work, because the transactions are sent to non-existent companies and the mcc code is bought by food.
The real dealer is hidden by the fake companies that receive money on behalf of the casino.

Since they have taken advantage of my gambling addiction by using this method and ignoring my addiction, I asked for a refund.
Chat support was impossible to reach, and 5 days after I told them this, still no one had responded or cared about the abuse.
This has caused me to lose 2037 euros in the days after they received this information and I should be blocked/protected.
I had 900 euros left in my account, and I am asking them for help with withdrawals these days, because there were no withdrawal methods.
On 7/28, Lina on chat support informed me that I would get my money refunded.
She told me that I will get all the deposit since my first email refunded. (2037 euros)
After this it took a long time before anyone answered.
On 2/8, Camilla from betfoxx replied that they can make my account available for withdrawals, but then I lose my opportunity for a refund. I confirmed that they could continue to keep the account blocked from withdrawing so I can get my refund instead.
On 4/8, the payment team sent that they initiated a refund with the payment processor. The refund could take up to 30 days.
On 6/8, the team sends again that the refund has been initiated with the payment processor.
28/8 I talk to Camilla on chat support who informs that the payment processor has not yet responded to the casino. The team would once again send a reminder.
Betfoxx has now stopped responding, I am not getting my money as promised.
They also hold my 900 funds blocked from withdrawal.
Please help me.
