Please be advised that our compliance team had you flagged as a risk player and ‘unwelcomed’
Which means you forfeited your account because you have previously been flagged as a risk player in esport. So we as a casino reserve that right and this is stipulated in our terms and conditions as well.

I do not know wich criteria you use to flag a player as welcome or not but the point is you should return my money back and do anything you want with my account

We have received feedback from the compliance team and they have given us the following feedback whereby this player account was flagged by the vendor and not BTC365 itself ,as a fraudulent player with suspicious activity. With this being said, they took it upon themselves to resolve the query by blocking this player account affective immediately & thereafter informing BTC365 of their decision. Therefor the client reserves the right to unwelcome players at their discretion as per their T's & C’s and the player as a result forfeits their money as well.

I didn't do anything wrong. You want just to steal my money and you create an excuse to do that think. Even According your words i didn't do anything wrong, just I flagged as unwelcomed the day wich i create a withdrawal request after many deposits. When i deposited my money i was welcome player..... I opened account to btc365 and i deposited my money to btc365 so BTC365 is responsible for my money. You should pay money or at least to return back my last deposit

Ok i will wait but honestly i do not believe they will pay my money. I will be ok if they return my deposit wich is less than my balance account

As a brand, we reserve the right to flag a player and even block them from playing if they are suspected of some sort of cross-betting or fraudulent behavior. In this particular case, the sportsbook vendor itself (which is a 3rd party) flagged the player and our compliance team had to carry out the proper procedure, which, in this case, is blocking the user.

We are constantly working to make sure we offer an enjoyable player experience on our website but rules are rules. We need to watch out for suspicious behavior. We hope this message provides sufficient explanation.
