Complaint summary

I deposited a total of €5,000 into this account. My balance reached approximately €6,000. The only bonus I saw was a 100% match up to 200 euros. The company then reset my balance to €2,000, citing a bonus conversion. This is a blatant scam. They accepted my bets, and then arbitrarily reduced my balance. Their response is simply to point to their Terms and Conditions. It's a pity, because they offer a great range of markets on all sports, but being robbed is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company."
