Complaint summary
I had been playing here for about a month made numerous withdrawals and deposits with no problems. Then after having a 500 pound withdrawal pending for a week they emailed me to say I had broken there terms and conditions without giving me a example of when I had . The reason they didn’t is because there isn’t any I just actually won and they obviously didn’t want to pay . I’ve taken in up with the regulator but no response
