100,000 EUR Complaint against Betpanda.io and Cryptorino.io (same business different brands)

Hello,
My name is Manuel,
Me and my best friend Lourenco got banned when playing on 'betpanda.io'
and cryptorino.io (same company different brands) - for 'multiaccounting'
even though we have provided KYC of both of us....
We won over 100K EUR, and we have deposited very large amounts also as a
part of this.
I am owed ETH (around 15), he is owed LTC (around 900 LTC)
Let me know how to proceed with complaints.

We reached out to the brand and they have denied such accusations. If you could perhaps provide additional documentation or evidence to support your complaint?

Dear Manuel,
Thank you for your patience regarding this issue. We have reached out to the brand but unfortunately they are not willing to take responsibility to resolve this. As this is their stance, we are taking action to lower the brand rating and update review content of it not being a supported brand.
Again, we want to apologise for not being able to resolve this completely. We do suggest for future reference to trust Betpack.com reviews on brands and top listings, as for these bookies, we are carefully making sure we give our players best suggestions so no cases as such occur.
